WCI works best with native CAD files.
We provide the fastest quotes and the most accurate parts when we receive true CAD data—whether 2D (.DXF or .DWG) or 3D model formats. Native files eliminate interpretation risk and let us focus on cutting, not redrawing.
We have the capability to reverse-engineer from PDFs, images, sketches, or physical parts. Because this is skilled engineering work that consumes real time and expertise, reverse engineering is quoted as a billable service. We do not normally provide free tracing or redrawing for quote requests- but exceptions can be made.
Once a purchase order is issued, we request the final native CAD files. This removes any ambiguity about exactly what we are manufacturing.

Lead-Time and CostingOur current lead time is usually quoted from receipt of PO and material. However if you need these parts sooner, we can have them ready in 1-2 business days for a rush charge.
Our pricing is dependent on cutting time. This can vary based on design complexity, size, material type/thickness, machine setup difficulty, etc. First time customers are required to pay cash on delivery, unless otherwise approved. Personal checks are not accepted as COD; however we can process credit cards.
