Services We Provide
Waterjet Cutting of Indiana fabricates customer products to suit using waterjet technology. Customer products can range from rubber gaskets to Inconel heat shields. WCI creates precision products out of metals, plastics, marble, tile, carpet, granite, glass, rubber, mirror, and more.
Our large table machines cut up to 6'x12' sheets, allowing us to efficiently provide industrial parts from standard size plates. Our jobshop in Indianapolis puts us in a competitive market place. In addition to waterjet cutting, we provide support services of professional welding, forming, traditional machining, and soon-to-come: automated part inspection. Other Capabilities
Welding: We have the capability to perform standard MIG and TIG welding operations on materials mild steel, aluminium, and stainless. We can produce custom weldments, boxes, signs, etc. This service can be integrated into any quote we provide.
Forming: Our forming capabilities will vary from job to job. Please feel free to inquire when requesting your quote!
Milling: We have multiple 3-axis CNC machining centers to compliment parts that may require a secondary operation after waterjet cutting.
Turning: Our turning centers can accommodate parts up to 36" diameter. We have CNC capabilities up to 20" diameter.
Wood turning: We have the capability to turn large-diameter wood parts. Specifically we have detailed experience in building refractory molds from hardwoods.
